Our Large Order Customers appreciate BearWobble's straightforward pricing approach. Markups are uniformly low. Pricing, discounts, and terms are generally the same for all categories of Bearwobble customers.
Special services for approved Government, Business, Non-Profit Customers:
- A PO process to insure accountability. Orders must be prepaid before shipping.
- Special product orders.
- Local delivery for larger orders.
- Prepay by Check option (requires pre-approval).

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Credit card or PayPal - the fastest/easiest way to pay at BearWobble.
If you select Discover, MasterCard, Visa or PayPal as your method of payment, your payment will be promptly processed and your order will be shipped the same day, if order is received by 8 am ET on a business day, or the next business day, if order is received on a weekend, holiday, or after 8 am ET on a business day.
Prepayment by Check:
Available by pre-arrangement to federal, state, county, municipal agencies, national
non-profits, colleges and school systems in the USA. All checks must be drawn on stateside accounts in U.S. banks. We do not accept personal checks, drafts, cashiers checks or money orders. With Prepay by Check orders -
- We will freeze prices and reserve in-stock products for a period of 10 calendar days following your order.
- Suitable payment is due within 10 calendar days of your order.
- We reserve the right to reject any check, including those submitted on a timely basis. If this is necessary, we will notify you promptly by email so that you may select another method of payment
- Prepay by Check orders are normally shipped 5 business days after your check is received.
How to establish 'Prepay by Check' option online -
- Go to My Account and create your BearWobble account (or just log in if already registered).
- For Account Type, then select PC Option.
- For Company, enter name of your organization.
- In Comments, enter the name and location of your bank.
- We will normally respond to your request the next business.
PURCHASE ORDERS
Purchase
Orders (strictly for your internal purposes) should reference the
numbered invoice generated by your online order. A confirming copy of this
invoice is automatically emailed to you a few minutes after your order
is received.
Please note: The terms established by BearWobble.Com (as published on this website or amended in writing by BearWobble.Com) supersede any terms or stipulations conveyed by Purchase Order or otherwise set forth
by or on behalf of Customer.
