Normal Shipping Schedule: - Most
orders received on normal business days before 8:00AM (ET) will ship
the same day, provided proper payment conditions have been met, and Customer
has placed no conditions on sale, and the product ordered is in stock.
- Most orders received after 8:00 AM (ET) on a normal business day OR on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will ship the next business day, provided proper payment conditions have been met, and Customer
has placed no conditions on sale, and the product ordered is in stock.
- NON-BUSINESS DAYS: Saturday, Sunday, all U.S. Federal Holidays plus the following dates, if not on a Saturday, Sunday or Federal Holiday: January 1, January 2, June 20, July 4, October 23, Thanksgiving Day, December 24, December 25, and December 31.
- Orders are normally not processed or shipped on non-business days.
Shipping Methods and Rate Calculations:
BearWobble.Com normally ships via the U.S. Postal Service.
However, we reserve the right the choose the shipping carrier, class
and priority whenever our standard shipping charges apply.
The
weight assigned to each product is based on typical shipping weight for
one item, inclusive of container and packing material. Due to
their shape, size and/or density, a few products are subject to
moderate shipping surcharges. This is accomplished by assigning extra
shipping weight to such items. You may easily check your shipping charges from your Shopping Cart at any time just by entering your zip code.
Even on high
quantity orders, our shipping charges seldom cover the total cost of
postage, packing materials and labor. Yet, by keeping shipping
standards high and customer charges low, we intentionally put pressure
on ourselves to ship efficiently and increase overall value to our
customers. For a variety of reasons, we are usually able to offer lower shipping charges here at BearWobble.Com than through our other online channels.
BearWobble.Com
is known for careful packing, fast processing and shipping charges that are reasonable and fair, yet we
cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please consider any
shipping or transit time offered to you by BearWobble.Com or other
parties only as an estimate.
Seller & Buyer Responsibilities regarding shipping:
Customers are
automatically emailed a tracking number by BearWobble.Com as each order
is
shipped. This tracking number enables our customers to check the
shipping and delivery status of their order at any time online. To check status of items shipped by USPS, click > USPS SHIPMENT TRACKING .
Stipulations:
By accepting an order, BearWobble.Com and/or Shipping Carrier acknowledge responsibility
for any items in order that are lost or damaged prior to confirmation of delivery by the Shipping Carrier.
By placing an order, Customer acknowledges -
- responsibility for
PROVIDING A SECURE MEANS OF RECEIVING SHIPMENT of such order. If
shipment may be subject to weather, damage. loss or theft at point of delivery, we
strongly suggest that Customer post notice for the Shipping Carrier to leave no
packages so that shipment may be picked up at Shipping Carrier's local facility.
- that BearWobble.Com is relieved of all responsibility for any items lost subsequent to such time as
shipment is confirmed as delivered to shipping address or to the applicable Customs Facility by the Shipping Carrier, regardless of any special shipping instruction or stipulation conveyed by customer.
- that BearWobble.Com is relieved of all responsibility for any items damaged subsequent to such time as
shipment is confirmed as delivered to shipping address or to the applicable Customs Facility by the Shipping Carrier, regardless of any special shipping instruction or stipulation conveyed by customer.
- full responsibility to NOTIFY
BEARWOBBLE.COM BY EMAIL WITHIN 14 DAYS OF SHIPPING DATE of any item that
has not been delivered by that time or has been delivered in a damaged condition.
- that BearWobble.Com is relieved of all responsibility for undelivered or damaged items if not reported as such in writing to Bearwobble.Com within 14 days of shipping date.
Shipping insurance does NOT apply to lost shipments that are confirmed as delivered by the Shipping Carrier.

In addition to PayPal, we accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover. All payment is due in USD. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases, however, international customers are subject to the exchange rates and any conversion fees imposed by Paypal or the credit card company. PREPAYMENT BY U.S. POSTAL SERVICE MONEY ORDER: (U.S. customers only)
Your
order is shipped promptly upon receipt of payment. Payment is due
within 10 days of order. Money Order must be directly issued to us (no
endorsements) and must be for exact amount of purchase.
PREPAYMENT BY CHECK from pre-approved organizations, businesses, government agencies: Such customers may place order, showing check to follow. Order will be processed and shipped after check is received and collected. Check must be on printed, numbered stock in name of pre-approved organization, business, or government agency and drawn on a U.S. bank located in the U.S.A.
All orders must be prepaid and all payment is due in USD. We do NOT accept telephone orders, cash, wire transfers, cashier’s checks, or other forms of checks or money orders.

Damaged or lost items must be reported to BearWobble.Com by email within 14 days of shipping date. Please see 'Seller & Buyer Responsibilities regarding shipping' (above) for important details.
BearWobble.Com will gladly
accept the return of products that are defective in
manufacturing and/or workmanship within 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes
that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will
also be accepted for return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Stipulations:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested by customer and obtained from us before returning any item.
- Fulfillment error, obvious damage or defect: Do not remove packaging, attempt to use, or return such items without instructions from us.
- Hidden damage or defect: Do not return such items without instructions from us.
- Such items cannot be replaced or refunded until an RMA is provided by BearWobble.Com and such items are returned to BearWobble.Com within the terms stipulated by the RMA.
